I’m 43, have nine kids, an have managed to always be in decent shape, partly because of the constant moving and partly because I never ate a lot of junk.

Now that I actually work out and eat a keto/carnivore diet, I’ve hit a low body fat percentage (around 15–17% according to the In Body scale, for whatever that’s worth) with a high percentage of lean mass and feel great- better than I ever have. I plan on smashing through menopause when the time comes.
